5 Online Embroidery Classes to Take This Weekend

Here’s a roundup of some awesome embroidery classes online that you can take this weekend! Some of them are free to sign up, and others cost a bit. They’re all sure to keep you busy and learn something new!

Beginner Embroidery Classes

Kristin Gula of Gulush Threads is well known on instagram for her bright, floral embroideries. She teaches a class over at Brit + Co all about how to start your first embroidery project.

Jessica Long of Namaste Embroidery has a class on Bluprint that goes over supplies, starting and tracing your project, and a few basic stitches!


I teach my very own beginner class about how to embroidery flowers on Skillshare! This class is for premium members of Skillshare, but you can take it for free through my link above if you’ve never signed up before!

Experienced Embroidery Classes

Bead Embroidery by Elenour Pigman

If you’ve ever wanted to learn bead embroidery, this class is taught by Elenour Pigman who makes beautiful beadwork! She provides a printable material list and goes over several stitches that are particular to beading.
